KAPA ENGINEERING'S INNOVATIVE DRYERS DO NOT ALLOW THE EFFECT OF BIOMASS CARAMELIZATION

Using low temperatures for drying without caramelizing while providing large quantities of dry air which is the means for removing humidity. The air enters from the appropriate vents at every meter of the route and must be sucked at the end of each treatment line. Therefore, with minimum consumption as the heat required is little, excellent drying is obtained without browning of the material which retains the natural odor without any bad smell. With the dedicated cyclone, every trace of dust is captured while the condenser recovers the condensation and the residual heat of the steam contributing to further energy savings. Also innovative are the biomass burners, built by us, which provide the dryers with the energy necessary for their operation. With direct conduction of the fumes or with the exchanger for the machines that treat food they are always ready to face any energy request for more humid materials or climatic conditions.
