The construction material is painted steel or stainless steel.
The incinerator chamber is designed according to ASME standards for pressure and temperature.
The external surface temperature of all incinerator components is limited and considered to be T4 class. All hot surfaces above 60 oC are protected.
THE BASIC SMOKE TREATMENT UNIT INCLUDES
⦁ Cooling exchanger to reduce the temperature of the smoke. (stainless steel SS304)
⦁ Wet scrubber purifier (stainless steel SS304).
⦁ Activated carbon filter for odor elimination (stainless steel SS304).
⦁ Chimney 4 m, (SS 304)
⦁ Rain cover.
⦁ The drain valve.
The incinerator unit is equipped with an automatic loading system which has the appropriate dimensions to be loaded from containers for hospital, industrial, dangerous or loose waste.
Each load is transferred to the incineration location for a cycle lasting 60 minutes.
An emergency chimney is installed at the smoke outlet, built with calendered and electro-welded SS316L stainless steel sheets, all entirely lined with refractory and insulating material having the same characteristics as the combustion chambers.

• Automatic "clapet" closing valve that opens automatically in the event of a power failure.
